Welcome to HOTLANTA

For graduation, Mom & Dad gave John & I cards with a piece of paper in them. The piece of paper read, "Pick any Atlanta Braves game & the tickets are on us". Well, not exactually like that, but you get the jist. So we were able to pick 2 tickets to any game and hit in to Ticketmaster "Best Avaliable". Well we were able to get 2 tickets to the Tampa Bay Rays vs Atlanta Braves. We planned this trip with the intent to be able to also visit the SweetWater Brewing Company also in Atlanta. They do tours of their facility as well as beer tastings a few Wed-Sat.

Will post pictures & more about our trip later when I have my camera and computer with me :)

Updates in My Life...

Well everyone, I know I have been a little slack on updates to my posts lately. I moved home to North Augusta on May 28, 2010. As soon as I stepped foot in town, my life has been busy busy busy. That weekend we had John's brother's wedding (Richard/Crystal) and rehearsal dinner. I did their slideshow for the rehearsal dinner and passed out programs for the wedding. It was such a lovely wedding and everyone had a great time, especially me & john.

We started the "real" dancing with our own little jive to Lady Gaga's Bad Romance.

Also, I have had some interviews for various jobs at schools in different parts of SC, but have yet to "land" one. I am keeping my spirits high and know God has a plan for me. John recently found out and has been offered a job at Berkley High School in Moncks Corner, SC as a teacher and a football asst. coach. We are all super excited for him as he has found a job! Hallejuah!

I have been staying busy this summer babysitting for two girls in Evans, GA and working at the Gap at the Augusta Mall. I watch them 2 - 3 days a week in the month of June while their regular sitter has been taking summer classes. And then pushing sales in the retail world of the Gap.

Will update more as John and I took a fun day/evening trip to Atlanta & have 4th of July plans coming up :)
